We are very excited to announce that we are getting Fresh Cheese Curd in twice a week now! The curd are fresh off the press from St. Albert’s Cheese, located in St. Albert Ontario. The curd arrive at our store and the St. Jacobs Farmer’s Market, every Thursday and Saturday morning, and have not been refrigerated yet. According to Waterloo Regional Health Regulations Cheese Curd can be kept at room temperature for 48 hours after coming off the press, but then need to be refrigerated. They are good to eat as a snack or in a salad, and have that fresh squeek that will satisfy every palate! Come on out and try our Fresh Cheese Curd. You will be glad you did!
